Today is #RemembranceDay because we commemorate the end of World War I on this day in 1918. That's why we celebrate the Poppy Appeal! 🌹
The Poppy Appeal is the Royal British Legion's fundraising campaign held annually in October and November.
Every November, we wear a red poppy to honour those who served with courage and sacrifice, as we celebrate hope and peace. ❤️
👉 The money raised helps veterans, their families and people who are still serving in the armed forces. It’s a way of saying thank you for their courage and service.

Halloween has its roots in the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, marking the end of the harvest season. Over time, it evolved into the celebration we know today, a time for dressing up, trick-or-treating and having a spook-tacular time with friends and family. 🎭🍬
